The problem…

Colorado’s housing shortage and affordability crisis

In order to afford a home, people are moving further and further away from the communities close to work and family. This means more congestion on our roads, more pollution, more businesses without workers, and more taxpayer dollars going towards sprawling infrastructure.

Research proves that homes, like duplexes and townhomes, are some of the most affordable types of homes. Yet, a majority of Coloradans cannot build these types of homes to help solve the housing crisis and reduce the cost of housing due to local restrictions.
